Key Responsibilities

  • •Take ownership of operational analyses end to end, identifying root causes behind observed failures.
  • •Build and run automations for real-time detection, the triggered actions, monitoring, and documentation for operators.
  • •Improve AI voice/chat agent systems across 14 markets, including conversation audits, knowledge base update loops, and prompt change evaluations.
  • •Design and analyze experiments by selecting randomization units, choosing outcome metrics, and reporting results honestly.
  • •Implement LLM-based process steps that require reliable, validated outputs and hand off findings to the right owners with evidence.

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced SQL, including window functions, CTEs, and joining across large event and transactional tables.
  • •Use a structured, sceptical approach to problem-solving and validate that your conclusions are correct.
  • •Hands-on experience building and running end-to-end solutions that operated in production with dependent users.
  • •Strong written and verbal English to communicate with operations stakeholders.
  • •Experience with Python (pandas or equivalent), experimentation analysis, and orchestration/BI tools is a plus.
