  • •5+ years of business analysis experience, including 4+ years within the insurance industry at the intersection of business and technology.
  • •Experience developing and presenting business cases for senior stakeholders, prioritizing issues and solutions.
  • •Proficiency in requirements elicitation and facilitation, independently managing stakeholder sessions including with C-suite executives.
  • •Expertise in Agile delivery, including EPIC creation and user story development, plus knowledge of process re-engineering and technology-enabled insurance transformation.
  • •Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with experience mentoring colleagues and delivering strategic, client-focused solutions.
