Registered Nurse

Provide specialized nursing care for patients on home hemodialysis, overseeing treatments from start to finish while priming dialyzers, monitoring vital signs, and responding to irregular dialysis reactions. Conduct home visit assessments for admissions, follow nephrologist orders, document patient information, and maintain medical inventory. Train patients and their families on illness management, post-treatment care, diet/nutrition/exercise, and medication self-administration, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams to improve safety and quality of life.
