Key Responsibilities

  • •Own high-impact processes: Take full ownership of key verticals or client workflows - from discovery to deployment - ensuring repeatability and measurable impact
  • •Design and automate workflows: Use SQL, APIs, scripts, and emerging tools (including LLMs) to automate manual claim-related workflows and improve scalability
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Account Management to influence roadmap priorities and scale successful solutions
  • •Analyze and optimize: Build dashboards and reporting pipelines to monitor productivity, quality, and financial outcomes; identify bottlenecks and automate fixes
  • •Accountable for outcomes: build the infrastructure, tools, and processes that let teams and clients move faster and smarter

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in operations, consulting, or data-heavy roles at a tech company or fast-paced startup
  • •Strong SQL fluency - comfortable querying, analyzing, and structuring data to drive insights and automation
