Key Responsibilities

•Develop a pipeline of affiliates and partners for OKX referrals, covering a broad range of audience and community types.
•Build business cases for signing affiliates and partners to work with OKX online and at in-person events.
•Develop affiliate/partner relationships, negotiate commercial terms, and facilitate contract execution.
•Develop, manage, and optimize affiliate campaigns to improve performance of existing affiliates.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of affiliate marketing and/or business development experience in the digital asset space, with existing affiliate books preferred.
•Experience building large affiliate networks from start to finish.
•Results-oriented mindset with comfort interpreting affiliate performance data.
•Experience using analytical tools and reporting such as Google Analytics and Amplitude.
•Knowledge of affiliate customer acquisition KPIs and optimization methods using data analysis and segmentation.
