  • •Partner with engineering, maintenance, and quality on capital planning, preventative maintenance, and problem solving.
  • •Drive continuous improvement using statistical process control and lean manufacturing; apply mechanical engineering knowledge with conceptual understanding of chemical and/or electrical engineering.
  • •Manage budgets and lead talent by attaining expense and capital budget goals, selecting/training professional staff, and motivating teams to meet annual objectives.

Key Requirements
