Key Responsibilities

•Develop and harmonize End-to-End processes around Product Lifecycle Management or Manufacturing Execution and continually improve them
•Translate business requirements into scalable solutions with international applicability in collaboration with IT and business units
•Contribute to the further development of our digital process landscape focusing on Siemens Teamcenter in PLM or MES in production
•Steer the rollout and transformation projects to implement harmonized processes and system solutions with diverse stakeholders
•Analyze existing workflows for efficiency, quality and stability and derive concrete improvements

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•A degree in Engineering, Business Informatics, Operations Management or a comparable qualification
•Several years of experience in Business Process Management, Project Management or as a Process Owner
•Strong knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter or MES implementations and improvements
•End-to-end process modeling and data flow design using BPMN
•Willingness to travel ~20% for international projects, with fluency in German and English; Italian is a plus
