Key Responsibilities

  • •Safely operate haul trucks, loaders, track hoes, excavators, and other quarry equipment.
  • •Inspect equipment for damage/excessive wear and perform minor servicing/maintenance; escalate major issues to the Foreman.
  • •Clean material from returning rail cars and load haul trucks and customer trucks.
  • •Check loaded material quality and accurately retrieve and record rail car numbers.
  • •Perform tasks as instructed by the supervisor and sometimes work with limited direct supervision without compromising safety or quality.
