Job Summary

Oversee day-to-day maintenance of a city’s fleet of vehicles and charging stations. You’ll manage a team of maintenance technicians, coordinate service, repairs, inspections, and installations, and work with suppliers and repair outlets to maximize uptime. Own the insurance process and authorization workflow, track maintenance expenses and budgets, and maintain quality, compliance, and safety across Moove assets.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate, schedule, and audit vehicle service, maintenance, and repairs, including escalations and customer conflict resolution.
•Build, manage, measure, and maintain relationships with suppliers and repair outlets to maximize fleet uptime.
•Ensure quality, compliance, and safety of Moove assets, including regular facility inspections.
•Manage the insurance process and ensure claims are completed quickly to return vehicles to operation.
•Plan and manage repair and installation activities, oversee equipment stock, place supply orders, and maintain maintenance logs and daily progress reports.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 10 years of fleet maintenance management experience (preferred).
•Associates or Technical degree in Motor Mechanics (required).
•Hands-on fleet industry experience (required).
•Strong customer service and organizational skills.
•Valid driver’s licence (preferred).
