Key Responsibilities

  • •Introduce, enable, and govern GenAI platforms for internal and client-facing projects.
  • •Develop strategies, training, advocacy programs, and an AI community to drive adoption and innovation.
  • •Manage strategic relationships with AI providers, cloud vendors, and technology partners, including evaluating emerging capabilities.
  • •Provide strategic direction and hands-on technical guidance for AI solutions on Azure, AWS, or GCP, including development, deployment, and integration.
  • •Work with IT, security, legal, and business units to establish governance, monitoring, and safe, compliant AI product/platform adoption, mentoring junior team members.

Key Requirements

  • •Master's degree or equivalent in a quantitative, technical, business, or related field.
  • •8+ years of experience in AI/GenAI, technology enablement, digital transformation, data science, or AI product management (consulting experience is a plus).
  • •Proven experience driving technology/AI adoption and organizational change at scale through enablement, training, advocacy, and community building.
  • •Strong understanding of GenAI platform capabilities, use cases, limitations, and integration requirements.
  • •Technical fluency with data science, AI product development, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), including MLOps/LLMOps lifecycle management and governance.
