Job Summary

Lead daily warehouse operations to ensure accurate and timely receiving, inventory, and stock control. Supervise and review receiving, staging, and shipping activities, keeping storage areas clean and compliant while meeting warehouse KPIs. Train, coach, motivate, and cross-train associates, provide daily updates on receiving status and issues, and support continuous improvement. Work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor to maintain warehouse systems, equipment, and safety practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead daily warehouse operations to ensure accurate, timely receiving and efficient inventory and stock control.
•Supervise and review receiving, inventory, staging, and shipping activities performed by the warehouse team.
•Maintain clean, tidy storage and warehouse areas and identify process improvements and amended work practices.
•Train, motivate, coach, reward, and discipline supervised crew while developing employees and ensuring cross-training.
•Ensure compliance with standard processes and OH&S requirements, including safe use of protective equipment and reporting hazards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 23.75 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant experience.
•1-3 years of warehouse experience in a food processing, manufacturing, or service industry.
•Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite (Calendar, Gmail, Docs, Sheets), and video conferencing (Hangouts, Google Meet).
•Experience with inventory management and control.
•Ability to communicate in English (verbal and written) and work in a refrigerated environment (0°C to 4°C).
