  • •Learn and train to back up all support positions within 2nd Processing and back up those positions as needed.
  • •Work the line when not in a back-up position or training.
  • •Participate in job correlations/audits and SOP reviews and revisions.
  • •Communicate real-time results to processing support on the floor.
  • •Monitor quality standards with Process Control/Process Leads and make necessary adjustments as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •High school or GED is strongly preferred.
  • •Minimum of 6 months’ work experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Ability to become authorized in LOTO and pallet jack operations.
  • •Demonstrated basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentage calculations).
  • •Ability to communicate questions/concerns effectively to maintenance and/or leadership.
