Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as a brand ambassador, building lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice. Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while using mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Support daily store operations, including transactions, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while meeting personal and store KPIs.
