Job Summary

Lead a distributed onboarding operations team and drive operational excellence across decision quality, SLA performance, consistency, and continuous improvement. You’ll manage employee performance and development, make timely decisions on complex onboarding scenarios, and balance staffing and priorities against operational KPIs and OKRs. Partner cross-functionally to improve workflows, tooling, and onboarding effectiveness, using operational metrics to identify trends, risks, and practical process improvements.

•Make sound, timely decisions on complex or edge-case onboarding scenarios.
•Maintain department SLAs and partner with other operational teams on complex onboarding scenarios.
•Plan and balance team workload and staffing coverage against operational priorities and SLA targets.
•Drive workflow and process improvement initiatives using operational metrics, documentation, and reporting to monitor trends and risks.

Key Requirements

•Strong project management skills to drive initiatives from planning through delivery.
