Build and expand client relationships by delivering an in-person and phone client service experience and providing consultative financial solutions. Meet client service and individual/branch sales targets through discovery, consultative conversations, and referral of more complex needs to internal specialists. Cross-train to support teller duties as needed, advise on consumer lending options, complete loan applications, and adhere to controls, procedures, and risk management policies.
