Key Responsibilities

  • •Own testing strategy, processes, templates, and standards tailored to LEAP, ensuring a consistent testing approach across streams.
  • •Plan and execute unit, solution integration, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing (including volume/performance tests) and set up testing automation.
  • •Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders (LEAP tech, business streams, affiliates) to ensure coverage of the testing scope and thorough SAP functionality validation.
  • •Manage testing schedules, resources, and deliverables; set up tools to track progress and report status, outcomes, and risks to leadership.
  • •Identify, document, and track defects and work with development/implementation teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • •Proven experience in ERP testing, preferably with SAP.

  • •Knowledge of test automation tools (e.g., Tosca) and test management tools/methodologies (notably Xray, JIRA).
  • •Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, with knowledge of Agile/Scrum.
