Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain Cash EBITDA and FCF models, delivering monthly actuals, forecasts, variance analyses, and cash bridges with accuracy and consistency.
  • •Coordinate the Annual Operating Plan and forecast cycles by consolidating financial plans, pressure-testing assumptions, and preparing company-level outputs.
  • •Connect P&L, Cash EBITDA, FCF, and cash flow forecasts so leadership can see how operating performance translates to cash generation.
  • •Analyze revenue, operating expenses, headcount, working capital, and other drivers with FP&A and cross-functional partners, and reconcile with Accounting for aligned reporting.
  • •Produce monthly and quarterly actuals vs. forecast/plan reporting, and prepare leadership presentations, materials, and automation to simplify FP&A processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • •3-5 years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance experience (preferably at a SaaS or technology company).
  • •Advanced financial modeling skills, with hands-on experience building and maintaining detailed models in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • •Strong grasp of the income statement and cash flow statement, including how operating performance and working capital impact cash.
  • •Excellent communication skills to explain results and variances to Finance and non-Finance audiences.
