Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify product needs across customer segments and eliminate product gaps, continuously innovating with ideas aligned to house views and client needs.
  • •Ideate and critically analyze payoffs and underlyings, seek stakeholder interest, manage product lifecycle, and support product launch and trading with issuers.
  • •Answer client queries during the product life, monitor products for yellow/red flags, and suggest replacements at maturity.
  • •Improve processes by optimizing and automating desk activities to reduce turnaround times and enhance structured product capabilities.
  • •Manage trade-book reviews, pricing checks, compliance controls, budget ownership for structured products, and escalate risks through the appropriate governance channels.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Engineering or Mathematics from a globally recognized top-tier university.
  • •Preferred postgraduate qualification in Finance with strong exposure to derivatives, structured products, and advanced financial markets.
  • •Proven experience structuring and pricing derivative or structured investment products across asset classes.
  • •Demonstrated programming and quantitative development skills, including coding experience with Java, VBA, Python, C++, GitHub, SQL, or similar technologies.
  • •Experience working with Trading, Sales, Structuring, Quantitative Research, Risk Management, and Technology teams to deliver client solutions.
