Key Responsibilities

•Deliver cost management services for UK-wide projects across multiple sectors, ensuring value and performance are optimised.
•Collaborate with project teams, clients and stakeholders to manage cost plans, risks and opportunities.
•Support development of asset strategies and lifecycle cost management aligned with client objectives.
•Contribute to governance and risk management processes and ensure compliance with industry standards.
•Leverage bespoke digital tools (e.g., The Hive) to enhance cost management delivery and reporting.

Key Requirements

•Experience delivering cost management services across property, infrastructure and natural resources sectors.
•Ability to work UK-wide on large scale projects (Healthcare, Education, Commercial Development, Local & Central Government, Sports & Leisure, Industrial, Defence).
•Strong stakeholder management and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.
•Commitment to professional development, with support for RICS Chartership and NEC accreditation.
•SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role.
