Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and maintain new features and capabilities while continuously improving the quality of technical products and services.
  • •Build and share technical expertise with Agile teams and other organizational members.
  • •Automate processes and create maintainable, supportable, and testable solutions to achieve operational excellence.
  • •Provide operational support and troubleshooting for team products and services, including performance monitoring and root-cause analysis.
  • •Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to new or less experienced team members; lead and guide within the technical field of expertise.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technology field or equivalent education and work experience.
  • •Eight+ years of engineering or other IT work experience relevant to the position.
  • •Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with willingness to work in a highly collaborative environment.
  • •Solid understanding of modern software development practices and/or hardware technologies, plus IT security best practices.
  • •Experience designing, implementing, and supporting complex technical solutions in relevant domains (including Windows Server/Active Directory and Citrix).
