  • •Manage program staffing forecasts, risk/opportunity management, earned value, IPT coordination, subcontract management, and anomaly management.
  • •Own and manage the program technical baseline via documentation, internal/independent reviews, and chairing an Engineering Review Board.
  • •Support new business activities including technical responses to RFIs/RFPs and impact assessments for scope changes (including Engineering Change Proposals).

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a Bachelor’s of Science in STEM and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience.
  • •Experience in electro-optical (EO) and/or IR sensor systems, including design-to-cost/specification, analysis/trade studies, and link budgets/margins.
  • •Experience with hardware and software system integration plus test, verification, and validation.
  • •Experience communicating and presenting complex topics across organizational levels and with customers.
  • •Experience with technical team leadership and program execution areas including staffing, earned value, risk management, subcontract management, and quality controls.
