Job Summary

Design, build, and operate Dev Cloud capabilities that help engineers develop, test, and deploy securely and efficiently. You’ll support Docker Desktop and container-based workflows, extend Backstage as an internal developer platform, and develop cloud-native automation and services on AWS using infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD. Partner with application, security, and infrastructure teams to onboard services, improve consistency and discoverability, and drive platform reliability, observability, and security best practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, build, and operate Dev Cloud capabilities enabling secure, efficient software development, testing, and deployment.
•Support Docker Desktop and container-based workflows, including troubleshooting and improving local-to-cloud parity.
•Build and extend Backstage as an internal developer platform with templates, plugins, golden paths, and service catalogs.
•Develop and maintain AWS cloud-native services and automation using managed services and infrastructure-as-code practices.
•Partner with application teams to onboard services to Dev Cloud and Backstage, improving consistency, discoverability, operational readiness, reliability, observability, and security.

Key Requirements

•Design, build, and operate Dev Cloud capabilities to enable secure software development, testing, and deployment.
•Own and support Docker Desktop and container-based development workflows, troubleshooting developer issues and improving local-to-cloud parity.
•Build and extend Backstage as an internal developer platform (templates, plugins, golden paths, and service catalogs).
•Develop and maintain cloud-native services and automation on AWS using managed services and infrastructure-as-code practices.
•Drive reliability, observability, and security best practices across platform services.
