Job Summary

Support the monitoring, reporting, and implementation of Local Content requirements and targets across the company. Prepare Local Content reports, dashboards, KPIs, and progress updates; collect and validate procurement, supplier, financial, cost, and payroll data; and coordinate audit reporting with external auditors. Track performance vs targets, identify gaps and risks, and support mitigation/corrective action plans. Stay current with LCGPA requirements and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare and maintain Local Content reports, dashboards, KPIs, and periodic progress reports.
•Collect, review, and validate procurement, supplier, financial, cost, payroll, and other data needed for Local Content reporting.
•Support preparation and submission of Local Content audit reports and coordinate with external auditors.
•Monitor Local Content performance against targets, identify gaps and risks, and support mitigation/corrective action plans.
•Stay current with Local Content regulations and requirements (LCGPA) and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to implement and improve Local Content processes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
•2–5 years of experience in Local Content, Procurement, Supply Chain, Vendor Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
•Preferred experience in Local Content reporting, compliance, auditing, financial data analysis, or supplier development.
•Good understanding of financial and procurement data, including costs, spend, and financial reporting.
•Strong analytical, reporting, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
