Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Project Manager in ensuring projects meet quality standards and are completed efficiently and on time.
  • •Support construction-process task execution, including weekly schedule milestone entry and project schedule comment updates for reporting.
  • •Assist with proposals for new projects or variations to existing projects, and help establish project governance, processes, and systems.
  • •Coordinate project information flow across stakeholders; attend meetings, update and maintain issues/actions logs, and drive items to closure.
  • •Handle day-to-day project administration such as submittal approval management, RFI processing, change order management, punch-list management, and close-out documentation transition to operations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 85,000 - 105,000 annually

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • •Minimum 3 years of applicable experience.
