Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end testing across SIT, UAT, performance testing, and production releases.
  • •Design and implement test strategies, frameworks, and automation solutions.
  • •Act as SME for core banking, digital banking, CRM, IVR, ATM, cards, and banking systems integration.
  • •Collaborate with business, technology, vendors, and external partners to ensure quality delivery and manage defect triage, QA governance, risk mitigation, and release readiness.
  • •Drive continuous improvement using QA metrics, dashboards, and reporting while leading and mentoring QA teams and coordinating with third-party vendors.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 5 years of QA/testing experience, including at least 3 years in a Lead or SME role supporting banking systems and transformation projects.
  • •Strong experience in functional, integration, regression, and automation testing.
  • •Experience testing banking systems and digital channels in Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps environments.
  • •Hands-on with test automation tools such as Selenium, UFT, JMeter, TestNG, Postman, or similar.
