Job Summary

Support and enhance global Record-to-Report (R2R) processes in Oracle Fusion Cloud. Partner with Finance and IT to ensure smooth month-end close, maintain core financial modules (GL, Fixed Assets, Cash Management), and troubleshoot incidents and enhancements. Help translate business requirements into system solutions, collaborate with vendors and Oracle engineers, and drive continuous improvement through quarterly Oracle Cloud updates and R2R regression testing.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide functional and technical support for R2R-related Oracle Fusion modules (GL, FA, CM) and associated integrations.
•Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and enhancement needs for financial processes.
•Support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates and perform R2R regression testing while maintaining documentation.
•Collaborate with Finance to translate business requirements into system solutions.
•Work with third-party vendors and Oracle engineers to resolve technical issues.

Key Requirements

•5+ years supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud financial modules, including GL, FA, and CM.
•Strong understanding of R2R close cycles, reconciliations, asset accounting, and financial reporting.
•Experience supporting global users across multiple regions.
•Familiarity with change management and compliance frameworks such as SOX.
•Fluency in English.
