Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform the collection, validation, calculation, and documentation of Scope 3 greenhouse gas emissions data using established methodologies and guidance from senior sustainability leaders.
  • •Coordinate with internal business partners to obtain and clarify emissions data required for reporting and disclosures.
  • •Conduct data analysis and quality reviews to identify discrepancies, trends, gaps, and process improvement opportunities; resolve routine issues and escalate complex/material issues.
  • •Prepare activity and emissions data and documentation for internal reporting, sustainability disclosures, surveys, and stakeholder requests.
  • •Maintain supporting documentation, procedures, and controls for greenhouse gas calculations and sustainability reporting, including internal control/verification activities and platform-based validation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and related experience
  • •4+ years of experience in sustainability, environmental reporting, ESG, analytics, risk, compliance, reporting, or related functions
  • •Working knowledge of greenhouse gas accounting methodologies and the Greenhouse Gas Protocol
  • •Experience working with large datasets and proficiency in Excel or similar analytical tools
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities, collaborate cross-functionally, and follow established procedures
