Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, test, and implement AI and generative-AI solutions (agents, RAG systems, automation, ML models) for prioritized IF&IS use cases, including supporting data pipelines and integrations.
  • •Select appropriate tools/platforms (e.g., Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Claude, AllianzGPT or other approved platforms) and justify decisions based on cost, performance, and governance.
  • •Build and maintain data pipelines, models, and storage structures (e.g., Azure Data Lake, Databricks) while ensuring data quality, lineage, and availability.
  • •Deploy solutions to production with enterprise-grade reliability, including monitoring, alerting, error handling, version control, and CI/CD.
  • •Create modular, reusable components (e.g., document extraction, retrieval pipelines, data connectors, evaluation frameworks) and ensure compliance with AI governance, data classification, and security requirements; support registration in relevant AI/RAI tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Informatics, Data Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
  • •Up to 5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering and Data Engineering, including hands-on experience building generative-AI/LLM-based applications.
  • •Strong practical skills in Python and SQL, plus experience with Spark and cloud AI/data platforms (e.g., Azure AI/Azure OpenAI, Azure Data Lake, Databricks or comparable).
  • •Experience with RAG architectures, vector databases, prompt engineering, AI agents, and orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex).
  • •Knowledge of ETL/ELT design, data modeling, and MLOps practices including model lifecycle management, monitoring, and CI/CD; Azure AI Engineer Associate and Databricks ML Associate are a plus.
