  • •Follow and model standard operating procedures (SOPs) and help monitor work flows and manage dwells.
  • •Train, coach, and mentor associates to meet operational goals, service levels, and continuous improvement needs.
  • •Maintain a safe work environment by identifying and reporting safety concerns and participating in Lean Six Sigma activities.
