Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead commissioning, startup validation, and ramp-up of new equipment to meet safety, quality, and production targets.
  • •Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and control system issues to improve equipment uptime and reliability; support preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • •Operate, maintain, troubleshoot CNC machines; develop, validate, and adjust CNC programs to meet production requirements and ensure part quality.
  • •Optimize manufacturing processes to reduce cycle time and improve OEE using root cause analysis and structured problem-solving methods.
  • •Lead and support Industry 4.0 initiatives including machine connectivity, IIoT data acquisition, equipment documentation, and real-time equipment status communication.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 86,000 - 126,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
  • •Experience in a manufacturing environment with lean tools, automation and/or CNC, and capital projects.
  • •Experience integrating machine connectivity, industrial protocols, and IIoT technologies to improve operational performance.
  • •Aptitude for designing, programming, troubleshooting, and optimizing PLC-based control systems, electrical components, and CNC equipment with a focus on safety and continuous improvement.
  • •Must not require Eaton employment immigration sponsorship or support (no CPT, OPT/STEM OPT, F-1 to H-1B, H-1B cap registration, O-1, E-3, TN status, I-485 portability, etc.).
