Key Responsibilities

  • •Use specialized knowledge of RMS products and workflows to optimize public safety agency operations.
  • •Consult on defining, testing, and configuring product features, workflows, and technical configurations for each agency.
  • •Oversee configuration and business process analysis across public safety agencies for products including Reporting, Case Management, Evidence, and Warrants.
  • •Train agencies on best practices for the Mark43 RMS product suite and guide change management and product adoption.
