Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with regional and business-line teams on priority pursuits, including RFQs/RFPs and shortlist interviews, and provide proposal leadership and direction.
•Lead must-win pursuits from capture through interview stage, including developing schedules, templates, content plans, annotated outlines, drafts, and compliance matrices.
•Manage and mentor proposal staff, allocate workload across the Federal portfolio, and drive compliant, quality deliverables.
•Participate in Go/No-Go and capture planning, provide leadership on win strategies and positioning, and serve as a color team and/or compliance reviewer for must-win pursuits.
•Facilitate color and quality reviews, implement proposal/presentation revisions, and conduct debriefs to apply lessons learned; support initiatives including integrating AI into proposal processes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing, or related field plus 8+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent education/experience).
•3+ years of people-management experience recruiting, developing, mentoring, and retaining talent.
•Working knowledge of the Architecture/Engineering (A/E) industry with emphasis on AECOM’s U.S. Federal clients and competitors.
•Proven ability to lead complex, multi-discipline and/or multi-geography proposals with values greater than $20 million.
•Excellent writing and editing skills, including proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; working knowledge of Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
