Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and deploy agent-based workflows for privacy engineering processes like privacy review intake, data subject rights requests, data inventory updates, and telemetry classification.
  • •Develop AI-assisted tooling to help engineering teams identify privacy risks earlier and apply safeguards with less manual effort.
  • •Implement and improve privacy controls for authorization, data scoping, retention/deletion, consent signals, and responsible data access.
  • •Integrate privacy tooling into engineering workflows and systems (CI/CD, code review, data catalogs, ticketing platforms, internal services).
  • •Improve logs and telemetry handling using classification, minimization, and redaction practices to support useful visibility without unnecessary data collection.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience building and shipping production software in a SaaS, cloud, or comparably complex engineering environment.
  • •Proficiency in at least one backend programming language (Python, TypeScript, or Go), with strong testing, debugging, version control, and maintainable design fundamentals.
  • •Experience building with large language model (LLM) systems or comparable AI frameworks (agents, tool-use pipelines, multi-step orchestration).
  • •Experience integrating software with external systems via APIs, databases, ticketing systems, CI/CD pipelines, or data platforms.
  • •Practical experience with privacy/data-handling concepts (data minimization, access controls, retention/deletion, consent, privacy-conscious telemetry) and translating requirements into engineering work.
