Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and execute the product development plan and oversee the overall product line.
  • •Propose and execute end-to-end onboarding of new funds or new fund houses to develop new products/solutions.
  • •Contribute to proposition strategy covering pricing, retention, service, communications, and product management across HASE.
  • •Ensure upcoming and existing products remain competitive versus rival banks and meet client needs.
  • •Maintain leading practitioner/fund business performance and drive engagement across internal and external stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Banking and Finance or related disciplines (preferred).
  • •Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in retail and wealth business, with possible consideration for an Assistant Manager role if less experienced.
  • •Strong background in retail product and services, with hands-on experience in fund or investment product business/sales.
  • •Ambition to develop new product and service business, process, and governance frameworks while meeting regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • •Good understanding of banking systems/platforms, strategic/analytical/communication skills, and ability to mobilize cross-disciplinary resources.
