•Provide day-to-day technical oversight of operations and maintenance (O&M) to ensure system reliability, performance, and regulatory compliance.
•Evaluate system performance data and recommend operational improvements, troubleshooting, and process optimization.
•Coordinate with operations personnel, project managers, environmental professionals, and clients to support successful project execution.
•Prepare technical reports, operational summaries, maintenance recommendations, and regulatory documentation; support budgeting, planning, and scheduling for maintenance and enhancements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
•6+ years of experience supporting environmental remediation systems, industrial operations, or groundwater recovery systems.
•Professional Engineer (PE) license, or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe.
•12+ years experience with groundwater recovery, treatment, or remediation system operations in refinery or industrial environments (preferred).
•Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience overseeing technical teams, field staff, or multidisciplinary project teams (preferred).
