Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the plant team with financial reporting, forecasting, planning, analysis, accounting, controls, and compliance.
  • •Prepare and consolidate strategic plans, profit plans, forecasts, and monthly outlooks; analyze performance vs. forecasts and budgets and provide variance commentary/recommendations.
  • •Prepare and review monthly P&L and balance sheet schedules with supporting reconciliations to ensure accurate, timely reporting in line with GAAP and corporate policies.
  • •Support internal controls and SOX compliance, resolve balance sheet reconciliation items, and coordinate internal/statutory/corporate audits to closure of observations.
  • •Use Oracle ERP and reporting tools to improve reporting, participate in system enhancements/process improvement, and support automation and dashboard development for better financial visibility.

Key Requirements

  • •CA / CMA (ICWA) / MBA Finance or equivalent professional qualification.
  • •3-5 years of experience in manufacturing finance, accounting, FP&A, or plant finance.
  • •Strong knowledge of Indian GAAP and US GAAP.
  • •Understanding of SOX compliance and internal controls.
  • •Oracle R12/ERP systems experience preferred; advanced Microsoft Excel and exposure to Power BI or similar reporting tools preferred.
