Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect, design, and implement production systems for large-scale AI and LLM capabilities.
  • •Build and optimize backend services, databases, and APIs, including LLM infrastructure.
  • •Leverage Kafka, Postgres, SAP HANA, gRPC, and modern LLM/RAG frameworks to deliver scalable solutions.
  • •Develop cloud-native applications using DevOps practices, including PaaS offerings and CI/CD pipelines.
  • •Mentor and guide engineers from junior to senior levels and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into scalable solutions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 152,131 - 254,745 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Technology, Engineering, or a related field plus 7 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation.
  • •Alternatively, a Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Technology, Engineering, or a related field plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
  • •5 years of experience with Python, GoLang, or Java.
  • •5 years of experience with software architecture modeling and documentation, using best practices for large-scale enterprise applications.
  • •2 years of experience building agents using Langgraph/Langchain with vector stores for RAG pipelines.
