Key Responsibilities

  • •Build sub-assemblies and assemblies to customer specifications for PDUs, RPPs, STS, and transformers.
  • •Follow SOPs to complete assembly work using heavy industrial equipment (cranes, winding, fabrication, welding, brazing).
  • •Perform visual inspections of material before and after assembly and inspect completed assemblies against quality standards.
  • •Use fixtures, gauges, hand tools, and power tools to assemble, adjust, or repair product.
  • •Adhere to environmental, health, and safety rules; ensure tools/machines are calibrated; perform housekeeping using 5S+; suggest process and safety improvements.
