Senior Consolidation Expert will lead and coordinate group consolidation efforts, ensuring IFRS compliance, accuracy of reporting packages (OneStream), and timely delivery. You’ll collaborate with subsidiaries and offshore SSC, reconcile cash flow statements with Treasury, and support IFRS disclosures while driving process improvements and strengthening finance partnerships with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a central point of expertise for subsidiaries in the preparation and submission of consolidation reporting packages in the OneStream tool, ensuring timely delivery and full alignment with Group policies, controls, and best practices.
•Perform in-depth reviews and challenge subsidiaries’ submissions, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and full compliance with IFRS standards, while providing constructive feedback and guidance.
•Deliver high-quality analytical insights and ad-hoc analyses to senior management, supporting strategic decision-making.
•In liaison with the Treasury department, ensuring the reconciliation between direct and indirect cash flow statements.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with senior finance stakeholders across subsidiaries, acting as a trusted business partner.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in a reporting or consolidation department, in an audit firm or mixed audit/corporate background
•Strong expertise in financial accounting (IFRS, accounting processes)
•ACCA/CIMA membership or study in progress is a strong advantage
•Fluent in English; French is a plus
•Knowledge of SAP ERP and understanding of consolidation tools and principles; Advanced MS Excel skills
