Key Responsibilities

•Lead accounts to oversee the team deliverables within budgets and adjust as needed
•Ensure all deliverables meet client needs and deliver strong insights and impact for the client’s business
•Design solutions to drive meaningful insights for clients’ needs and their business
•Formulate and validate hypotheses to build relevant and impactful client stories
•Develop deep knowledge of clients and their business to apply in interactions and deliverables

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in market research or consumer insights within agencies or end-users
•8-10 years progressive experience
•Experience in leading a team and mentoring
•Strong communications and presentation skills, including brand management, market understanding, and customer experience
•Ability to develop knowledge of clients' business and deliver insights with commercial implications
