Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in the Engineering team track of the Stanley Leadership Program.
  • •Build core professional skills and competencies in Engineering, including cross-functional relations with Product Management and Operations.
  • •Complete project assignments during multiple 8-month engineering rotations across different U.S. facilities.
  • •Engage in networking and touchpoints with the program team, peers, executives, alumni, and business partners.
  • •Rotate work assignments, projects, and teams every 6–12 months; relocate for at least one rotation if required.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
