Key Responsibilities

  • •Safely and efficiently operate offshore production facilities, including well clean-up campaigns and hydrocarbon export operations.
  • •Coordinate contractor-led well clean-up operations and monitor production performance against targets and process parameters.
  • •Conduct risk assessments, lead toolbox talks, enforce safe work practices, and support emergency response activities.
  • •Oversee permit compliance and safe execution of operational activities, including permit-to-work.
  • •Prepare shift handovers and coordinate with Production Supervisors to maintain optimal operating parameters.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in DCS/ICSS operations and process isolations/de-isolations, including plant line-up verification using P&IDs.
  • •Strong leadership and decision-making in remote offshore, rotational environments.
  • •Knowledge of HSE practices, including hazard identification, LOTO, permit-to-work systems, gas testing, and emergency response.
  • •Ability to troubleshoot process upsets and maintain safe, efficient production operations.
  • •Offshore certifications including BOSIET/FOET, HUET, and a valid offshore medical certificate (e.g., OGUK).
