Job Summary

Lead the Specialized Product Sales team’s AI Talent Suite CoE across EMEA, driving end-to-end enterprise sales motions for Workday Recruiting, Paradox, and HiredScore. You’ll manage and mentor Product Sales Specialists, coach complex stakeholder-heavy deals, shape strategy and competitive positioning, and partner across HCM/Financials, Solution Consulting, Marketing, Partners, and Operations to maximize pipeline and execution.

•Drive unified GTM execution across EMEA with a GM mindset, partnering with HCM/Financials sellers, Solution Consulting, Marketing, Partners, and Operations.
•Hire, lead, and mentor a team of Product Sales Specialists focused on Workday’s AI Talent Suite.
•Guide complex enterprise sales motions, shaping sales strategy, competitive positioning, and enablement.
•Lead demand-generation initiatives advancing Workday’s AI-powered enterprise platform vision.
•Manage sophisticated sales cycles with stakeholders (CHROs, Heads of TA, CIOs, AI Compliance Officers), addressing data privacy and “Responsible AI” value.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 114,000 - 171,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, product, services, or pre-sales selling to C-level executives (CHRO, CIO, CTO).
•2+ years of sales management experience in a SaaS environment with accountability for team performance and product-led selling.
•5+ years selling enterprise talent technology, sales enablement, talent management, or HR SaaS solutions.
•5+ years managing complex enterprise sales cycles end-to-end with consistent revenue/quota attainment.
•Fluency in English, plus French or German (dependent on location).
