Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead planning, coordination and safe delivery of civil infrastructure projects on time, within budget and to required quality standards.
  • •Provide project leadership across the lifecycle from early planning and constructability through construction, commissioning and close-out.
  • •Manage risks, issues, opportunities and dependencies to keep projects on track.
  • •Oversee project budgets, forecasting, cash flow, resources and commercial performance using data and insight for decision-making.
  • •Manage contracts and governance, including reporting and controls, and support effective change management, claims and dispute resolution where required.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline recognised by Engineers Australia.
  • •Demonstrated experience managing delivery of civil infrastructure projects (roads, bridges or transport infrastructure; Transport for Main Roads (TMR) experience highly regarded).
  • •Experience across project development, construction delivery and contract administration.
  • •Strong understanding of civil construction methodologies and road/bridge design, construction, maintenance and materials.
  • •Experience managing project budgets, programs, resources, risks and commercial outcomes; RPEQ registration (or ability to obtain) highly regarded.
