Key Responsibilities

  • •Create, assign, and monitor work orders; track machine service intervals.
  • •Order parts and diagnose equipment issues to determine root cause and corrective action.
  • •Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment, and/or oil-free air compressors (including customer job sites when required).
  • •Troubleshoot equipment failures at the shop and on customer locations and complete repairs.
  • •Maintain daily paperwork/electronic work order documentation and assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts.

Key Requirements

  • •Must own tools applicable to the position.
  • •Advanced mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of tools.
  • •Experience working on power generators and/or commercial HVAC equipment performing inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
  • •Experience calculating nominal and effective tonnage and/or kW requirements and reading schematics.
  • •Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record; must be at least 21 to operate a company vehicle.
