Job Summary

Support day-to-day execution of client hospitality and marketplace engagement for Ads Marketing, managing guest lists and client data, ticket allotment and distribution, and logistics before, during, and after events. Help bring client experience concepts to life from creative briefs, partner with Ad Sales and Brand Partnerships, and compile CRM/event participation data and post-event feedback to improve future activations and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

•Support execution of the client engagement plan for key B2B industry beats, delivering seamless client hospitality experiences including ticket allotment/distribution and guest list data management.
•Assist in concept development for client experience initiatives (e.g., themed events, unique dining, cultural moments) and help execute select moments independently.
•Partner with Ad Sales and Brand Partnerships by maintaining CRM data hygiene and helping measure client engagement across events and scaled channels.
•Gather and organize client feedback post-events to assess hospitality initiative effectiveness and inform data-driven improvements.
•Compile and organize client engagement and event participation data to support insights and strategies for optimizing client lists and improving outcomes.
