Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide on-site implementation of power management and mission-critical monitoring and control systems, including Brightlayer, Power Xpert, Foreseer, PowerNet, and next-generation power monitoring platforms.
  • •Deliver applied engineering and consultation for system integration, installation, start-up, maintenance, repair, training, and modifications for power management and control systems.
  • •Support commissioning of electrical equipment and perform troubleshooting and diagnostic work for automation and power management systems.
  • •Work with industrial communication protocols and networking interfaces, troubleshooting serial, Ethernet, and fiber connectivity and related issues.
  • •Interface with internal and external customers on a technical level to support customer relationships and long-term satisfaction.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 86,000 - 126,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years’ experience (or 5+ years without a degree) working with or managing installations of power management, power control, SCADA, mission critical, or building management systems.
  • •Current, unrestricted driver’s license and ability to maintain compliance with Eaton’s Driver Safety requirements and related checks.
  • •Experience with commissioning electrical equipment and applying system integration for power management, control, and mission critical systems.
  • •Working knowledge of HMI (Human Machine Interface) software and power monitoring software packages.
  • •Working knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, SNMP, OPC, DDE, and TCP/IP.
