Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage complex projects and programs as the key client interface, developing relationships and driving projects to successful completion.
  • •Manage the design process to meet client requirements and expectations, reviewing project plans, specifications, and discrepancies.
  • •Oversee project safety and environmental requirements, and manage timelines, risks, and reporting.
  • •Manage project budgets, advising on options to keep budgets on track and implementing cost-saving measures.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Construction Management or a related field.
  • •Technical understanding of data centre infrastructure including HVAC, Electrical, Generators, Fire, Security, and BMS.

  • •Minimum 5–10 years project management experience in a data centre or similar technical environment.
  • •Thorough understanding of the total project life cycle from inception and design through authority approvals, construction completion, and post-project review.
