Job Summary

Own and grow TikTok’s mid-size agency partner relationships in Thailand by building pipelines, converting new opportunities, and reactivating high-value dormant advertisers. Protect and expand existing revenue through account expansion and budget optimization, while driving adoption of key marketing products. Use data to plan and measure performance against QTD targets, lead training and enablement for agencies, and collaborate cross-functionally to prove ROI and prevent churn.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and maintain strategic relationships with agency partners as their primary TikTok contact and advisor.
•Develop partnership plans, run regular partner meetings (including in-person when appropriate), and set goals based on historical agency performance.
•Drive new revenue acquisition through agency pipeline building and conversion, including targeted reactivation sprints for dormant advertisers.
•Protect and expand existing revenue via account expansion, frequency management, and budget optimization; identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
•Drive adoption and enablement for key marketing products through training/certification, data-driven performance tracking, and cross-functional collaboration to prove ROI and prevent churn.

Key Requirements

•5+ years leading business accounts within media agencies or large advertisers.
•5+ years of experience in ad-tech sales, digital media planning, or strategy roles.
•Proven sales success in fast-changing, dynamic environments with a track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
•Strong understanding of digital media platforms, ad-tech ecosystems, and ad measurement metrics for branding and performance.
•Excellent verbal and written English proficiency with strong analytical skills to build data-driven sales plans.
