Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead all aspects of planning and execution of the bid cycle/governance plan for assigned bids.
  • •Manage timely bid development, schedules, and key review activities.
  • •Define, tailor, and implement a bid process and generate approved bid plans and bid schedules (resources, budgets, responsibilities, and task allocation).
  • •Manage business approval processes at required delegated authority levels and support security and export approvals.
  • •Coordinate multidisciplinary bid teams, keep requirements and bid status updated day to day, and coordinate costing and pricing as an independent challenger.

Key Requirements

  • •Qualified to degree standard (or equivalent).
  • •Practical and relevant work experience in bid management and project management.
  • •Proven bid management and project management skills in a complex procurement environment.
  • •Experience supporting RFIs and ITT/ITN/RFP/RFQ or Framework bids in a competitive environment.
  • •Proven ability to define, tailor, and implement a suitable bid process and bid schedule.
